Iβm in a place where I want to do a rebounding workout with food in my belly instead of fasting. However, Iβve been debating with myself as to what is enough food before a workout. Is juice a cup or two of juice enough before a workout? Or is a four cup smoothie enough?
My rebounding workouts can range from 20 minutes to an hour. I always wait 30 ish minutes before rebounding after drinking/eating.
