Taylor I just watched your video with on the discussion of organic cane sugar. When I discovered her my algorithm led me to you. I love the wealth of information that she shares. I was so excited to see you both on the same screen! You mentioned that you were going to try adding table sugar to your diet. How has that gone? Did you understand that she didn’t drink plain water? What are your thoughts on the interview you had with her?

@Steve Ender right, cane sugar anything is crazy to me. I haven’t added sugar (unless it’s maple syrup or date sugar-which is rare) to anything I consume for over a decade. So this is a whole different ball game. I purchased 20 lbs of organic can sugar from Costco yesterday and I’m going to give it a whirl!
Oil Pulling
Hi friends. I used to oil pull and I’m considering starting again using coconut and castor oil. I have a potential cavity that has been on watch for a hot minute and I’d like to avoid a filling. However, I rarely have oil and I’m not sure if I want to add it to my daily intake. (FYI: I don’t intend to swallow the oil.) For more context, I brush my teeth with baking soda, bentonite clay, and clove powder. I’d love thoughts and recommendations. TIA

Best Mini Trampolines
I’m on the hunt for a rebounder/mini trampoline. I have watched reviews and there is so much contradictory info out there that my mind is mush. I use the rebounder for lymphatic flush (health bounce) and working out. The rebounders on the top of my list are: Bellicon Cellerciser JumpSport Leaps & Rebounds Help! Thank you.

Food Intake Before Workout
I’m in a place where I want to do a rebounding workout with food in my belly instead of fasting. However, I’ve been debating with myself as to what is enough food before a workout. Is juice a cup or two of juice enough before a workout? Or is a four cup smoothie enough? My rebounding workouts can range from 20 minutes to an hour. I always wait 30 ish minutes before rebounding after drinking/eating. Thank you.
