Experiment #1 Update 9
Day 16. We're at 63. 🎉
The last few days I've been heads down building a new offer and setting up the June bundle. Something had to give and Skool engagement across groups was the sacrifice and the numbers show it.
So useful data, when I stop showing up, the growth slows down. Not surprising but good (hmm good might be overstating 😂) to see it confirmed in the numbers.
Numbers: Members: 63 | Engagement: 76% | Discovery rank: 2,238 | Conversion rate: 13.4% | Days left: 14 | Still needed: 37
Discovery rank is still moving in the right direction, 2,238 is up from 2,548 last update which means existing engagement and maybe keywords (not sure they are working yet) are doing some work even when I'm quiet.
This week's experiment:
For the next 4 days I'm going to interact with at least 10 new people per day across Skool communities. Genuine comments, real engagement, not drive-bys.
And I'm going to look for 1-2 new communities I haven't been in yet that are specifically about online business and side hustles, finding new rooms rather than just the same ones I'm always in.
Hypothesis: consistent daily showing up in the right rooms might encourage others to come visit. Let's find out.
I'll report back on day 20 with the numbers.
The bigger picture:
37 members in 14 days. It's possible but yeah... confidence levels are mid range right now 😅
What Skool communities do you think I should be showing up in that are aligned? Open to suggestions!
