Not everyone is meant to come with you to every level — and that’s okay. That’s evolution. Let’s breathe into honest connection. Inhale through the nose… exhale through the mouth. Again… inhale… exhale. One more breath for clarity — inhale… hold… release. Now ask yourself, “Who feels like nourishment in my life… and who drains my spirit?” Let the answers rise naturally. Today, we open the heart. Tell the Truth About What You Feel Your vibration cannot rise in places where you hide from yourself. Honesty is oxygen. It clears the fog. It brings you back into alignment with who you really are. You don’t have to be perfect to be honest. You just have to be willing to listen to your own heart. Let’s breathe so that truth has room to come through. Inhale through the nose… exhale through the mouth. Again — inhale… exhale. Final breath — inhale deeply… hold… release slowly. Now place your hand on your heart. Ask yourself, “What emotion have I been avoiding… and what is it trying to tell me?” Let the truth come gently. No judgment. Just awareness. Write it out. (And if you want to release it, share below — this space can hold you.) Affirmation for Day 4: “My truth is healing me. My truth is freeing me.” (Say aloud three times.) Day 5 arrives tomorrow — and it’s about connection.

Movement raises your vibration. Movement reminds your body that it’s safe. Not by forcing positivity, not by pretending, but by choosing the thought that lifts you instead of the one that limits you. Your mind is always speaking — today, you get to choose the conversation. Before we continue… let’s breathe into clarity. Take a slow breath in through the nose… and out through the mouth. Again… in through the nose… out through the mouth. One more cleansing breath — inhale deeply… hold… release. Now place your hand on your heart or your belly. Ask yourself, “What story have I been telling myself… and is it helping me rise?” Let the answer come without fear or shame. Truth is a form of freedom. Write it out.
