Your vibration rises every time you gently redirect your mind toward what feels like truth… like peace… like you.
Not by forcing positivity,
not by pretending,
but by choosing the thought that lifts you instead of the one that limits you.
Your mind is always speaking —
today, you get to choose the conversation.
Before we continue…
let’s breathe into clarity.
Take a slow breath in through the nose…
and out through the mouth.
Again…
in through the nose…
out through the mouth.
One more cleansing breath —
inhale deeply… hold… release.
Now place your hand on your heart or your belly.
Ask yourself,
“What story have I been telling myself… and is it helping me rise?”
Let the answer come without fear or shame.
Truth is a form of freedom.
Write it out.
