This short -ish little 6 min video is what helped me a bit with some associations with Music therapy and SEN guys at times. The scio me nescire "I know that I don't know" (rough translation) refers to what many have heard me say sometimes. It is about paying lesser and lesser attention to concepts or things that we think or that we believe that we already know, or know how to do. One of my usual examples is the alphabet. Do you really know it? Really?... Do you know the ordinal number of each letter? Can recite it from any point smoothly? Can you say it backwards from Z to A as easily as A to Z??
