Identity is formed by the agreements we make with our environment.
Years ago, you made an agreement to be the eternal "fixer" for your family.
Or you agreed to be the "hard worker" who sacrifices their sacred pleasure for a paycheck.
Those contracts have expired.
The new identity does not honor them.
Scan your relationships and your daily obligations.
Ask: What silent agreement have I been upholding that no longer serves the person I am becoming? Where are you fulfilling a role that you outgrew five years ago?
