Frequency Calibration: The Clean Closure
I trust all of the Mothers in the space had an amazing Mother's Day weekend. I enjoyed being a fan on social media while looking through your shares. And with that lovely energy spilling in over the weekend, this week we are doing surgical work. We are addressing the cycles that have overstayed their welcome. You have habits, relationships, and business strategies that died months ago (especially that last one), yet you are still carrying the corpse around hoping for a resurrection. Holding onto dead weight requires a massive amount of life force. The Directive for this week is Finality. An Architect doesn't leave a condemned building standing on prime real estate. They demolish it so they can build something worthy of the site. It's time to execute a clean closure. Calibrate your frequency to detachment. Identify one cycle that is completely drained of its value. Make the definitive internal choice that you are no longer participating in that dynamic. Don't orchestrate a dramatic exit. Don't wait for closure from the other party. Simply remove your attention and your funding from the dead space. Your attention is currency. Stop spending it on expired timelines.

@Kestra Reed Great job! I started this process in my own family dynamic a few months ago. It started small and I slowly began to integrate it as a day to day practice. They will definitely manage and learn to govern themselves. SUPER PROUD OF YOU!
The Sensory Check-In: The Sacred Perimeter
Welcome to May in The Frequency House. We are officially entering the season of Boundaries and Standards (B.S.) You have spent the last month learning how to listen to the deep, somatic truth of your vessel. Now, you must build the structure to support it. A boundary is not a wall you build out of anger. It's a perimeter you establish out of profound self-respect. It's the energetic infrastructure that keeps your clean energy inside and the world’s chaos outside. Before we can enforce a standard, we must know what it feels like to be completely contained. A leaking vessel cannot accumulate wealth. It cannot hold luxury. Today, we anchor the physical sensation of a protected space. Your assignment is to physically close a door today with absolute, deliberate intention. It might be the door to your office at the end of the day or the door to your bedroom when you need silence. When you turn the handle and hear the mechanism click into place, pause. Feel the solid wood separating you from the demands of the outside world. Command your nervous system to recognize that nothing enters this space without your explicit invitation. Let us know in the comments what door you intentionally close today tosupport your peace. Access to you is a privilege, not a public utility.

Today I am closing the door to my in home sanctuary. As @Nichole Charles mentioned, I too have a father that I recently relinquished back to himself. He and I have always had a misaligned relationship. Since Jan, after a health scare, I had been the only person physically caring for him. Needless to say that ended in classic fashion, with him openly and publicly disrespecting me , in the midst of me helping him. The door to him closed that day and I took stock of what my external environment had become. My sanctuary was in total disarray. Shit was EEEEERRREWHERE 🫪. Since then I have revamped and rearranged my energy along with the rooms. So today I close the door to my CozyCorner and continue my journey. 🏠🧚🏾‍♀️

@Kimtrece Ceasar ❤️❤️❤️. This was the first time in our , father/daughter relationship that I walked away .... Strong, intentionally, and committed to not reopening that door.
Just up.. reflecting
It took me almost 43 years to find a community that can hold the capacity of all that I am. I want to say thank you to everyone in this House🏠! Thank you all for your authenticity, intellect, transparency, warmth, acceptance.. and mostly love. Thank you too everyone in here that made the decision to show devotion to yourself. Thank you for being mirrors🪞!
The Mirror Question: The Final Fracture
Before we close out this month of deep somatic truth, we must inspect the architecture for any remaining fractures. You cannot build a solid legacy if your mind is writing checks that your nervous system refuses to cash. Absolute alignment means that what you think, what you say, and what your body feels are in perfect harmony. Do a final sweep of your current reality. Ask yourself: Where is my intellect still trying to convince my body to accept a reality it hates? Is there a specific strategy, a relationship, or a daily habit that looks great on paper but makes your stomach turn? Expose the final disconnect below. A divided house cannot hold wealth.

The Inner Circle Pages: A Journey Through Us
* Inner Circle Members, I enjoyed our Zoom call tremendously. (WE ZESTIN'!! YEEEEEE 🤗). For those who weren't in attendance, this one wasn't recorded. (As discussed) Yesterday, something quietly meaningful began to take shape between us. "The Inner Circle Pages: A Journey Through Us" is not just a journal. It's a living exchange. Each of us will spend time with it, capturing our thoughts, reflections, and our truth in that moment before passing it to the next member. What moves through these pages will be presence; our presence individually and as a cell. Over time, this becomes more than writing. It becomes evidence of who we were, how we saw, how we loved, and how we held each other in our becoming. By the time each journal completes its cycle, it will carry the imprint of us all. Not as individuals moving separately, but as a collective that chose to be witnessed, felt, and remembered. I love this for us 🥰 Instructions: Each Inner Circle member who chooses to participate will select a journal to hold their expression. For three weeks, you will write, reflect, create, or document your inner world within its pages. This is your imprint. Your presence in time. At the end of your three weeks, you will mail the journal to the next member in the rotation. They will continue the process, adding their own expression, their own lens, their own truth. This cycle will continue until the journal is complete. Once the final pages have been filled, the member who completes the journal will send it to the next person in the rotation, where it will remain as its permanent home. This is not just a journal. It's a shared record of who we were, how we saw, and how we moved through this season together. A physical expression of connection, devotion, and presence. Something that has passed through our hands and carries the imprint of each of us. If you would like to participate, leave a comment below. I will create and maintain the rotation list in the order of your comments.
