Looking for feedback: Simple QR-based trip tracking system for fleets

Hi everyone,

I’m currently working on a small prototype focused on fleet operations and wanted to get some real-world feedback from people actually managing fleets.

The idea is simple:

A system where supervisors can scan QR codes during loading and unloading to:

update trip status

capture location at each step

reduce manual tracking and confusion

I’m trying to understand if this solves a real problem or if I’m missing something important.

Would really appreciate your input:

How are you currently tracking loading/unloading?

What’s the most frustrating part of your current process?

Would something like this actually be useful in your day-to-day operations?
