I created a "Deep Dive" discovery sheet to truly understand a clients business. Each topic + question has its own field / sub-field. Using AI to take all of the response data (answered questions) and build out a customized, account specific value proposition. The goal here is to have an AI sidekick thats basically an overpaid logistics consultant. This is for a cross-border fulfillment company and we primarily work with brands in the apparel industry.
