FREIDDD® - The Leadership Model for the AI Era
The increasing advancements of AI technology in every facet of business and global industry has created an unforeseen impact on leadership. Leadership essentially comes down to someone’s ability to make timely, informed decisions that impact employees, culture and the company’s bottom line. While the onslaught of data has afforded some advancements in this process, wading through the sheer volume of information has also caused some delays.

It provides the foundational mindset for understanding the importance of mastering the convergence of the principle skills for Financial Responsibility, Emotional Intelligence and Data-Driven-Decisions. And begins the process of how to use them effectively in different situations.
After reading the book, leaders can ‘level up’ by becoming FREIDDD® Certified. This is a comprehensive e-learning and practicum that prepares leaders to consistently make decisions based on these critical pillars. This certification will announce to your peers, direct reports and company that you are prepared to lead through the AI Era.
We believe peer support and accountability are essential to a FREIDDD® Leader's success. It is important that they continue their development with the use of the FREIDDD Decision Engine. This is a ‘Leaders-GPT’ that provides real time answers and best practices for decision making based on The FREIDDD Leadership Model pillars and principles.
The certification and decision engine are parts of the FREIDDD® Community.
