IS THIS ALL THERE IS?

🔥 FBF Family I need to let you know a little more about this faith journey!

✅ For many years, staying busy and helping others move forward became a way of life. Somewhere along that road, low self-esteem led to people-pleasing and searching for acceptance in all the wrong places.

👉 Then life slowed me down.

After hip replacement surgery, things became even more interesting. It felt as though I had been away on the backside of the mountain for so long that I nearly forgot I still mattered.

👉 Hustle culture had taught me to connect my value to how much I could do, produce, carry, and prove.

❌ That was a lie.

👉 Hard work is not the enemy. But work that costs us our peace, voice, health, identity, and God-given purpose is not freedom.

🎉 Transformation has begun!

✅ Today, I’m realizing:

💝 My experience still matters.

💝 I am not too old.

💝 My voice still matters.

🤩 This journey has inspired me to invite other women to walk alongside me as we recognize our value, rediscover our voices, and continue growing—no matter what season of life we are in.
