Part 3: We Plant the Seed — God Brings the Growth
Once we understand that we are not the Judge, and once we remember that our witness speaks before our words, we can serve with cleaner hands and a quieter heart. We plant seeds. That is our part. We speak truth when God opens the door. We love people without trying to control them. We pray without needing credit. We invite without forcing. We trust God with the soil of the heart. That does not mean we are passive. It means we are obedient. A farmer still prepares the ground. A farmer still plants. A farmer still waters. But the farmer cannot command the seed to grow overnight. Neither can we. Paul said: “I planted, Apollos watered, but God was causing the growth. So then neither the one who plants nor the one who waters is anything, but God who causes the growth.” 1 Corinthians 3:6-7 NASB 2020 That takes the pressure off us and puts the glory where it belongs. The harvest belongs to God. Our assignment is to be willing, obedient servants of the King of Kings. To lead the lost sheep toward Him. To make room for the wounded to come home. To let our lives point back to the One who loves them best. We plant. God grows. Christ receives the glory. And the sheep belong to Him. 🌾 Heart Check Faithful planting is quiet work. Sometimes we may never see the harvest from the seeds we sow, but that does not mean the seed was wasted. God knows what was planted, when it was watered, and when the heart is ready to grow. Question: Can I trust God with the growth, even when I cannot see the results yet?

Part 3: We Plant the Seed — God Brings the Growth
⁉️Can I be honest with you today?
👉Most people in this community are not stuck because they lack faith. ✅They're stuck because they have too many ideas…and not enough direction. 👉 Having 10 ideas is not the same as having a direction. I know because I lived it. For years I was: ☺️Attending trainings ✔️Investing in courses ✔️Believing for more ✔️ But I kept starting over. 🤔Kept pivoting.Kept chasing the next thing. And nothing compounded. ✅Because I never chose ONE direction and stayed with it long enough to see it produce. 🤩Here's what I know now: 👉✔️ Clarity is not something you wait for 👉✔️ Clarity is something you choose 👉✔️ And once you choose — everything else gets simpler ✅You don't need another course. ✅You don't need another strategy. 👉 You need ONE clear direction and the structure to back it up.💯 🤩That's exactly what we build here. ✞ @Cynthia M.

@Cynthia M. Cynthia, this speaks deeply. 💜 I’m learning that it really is a series of decisions. Not rushed decisions. Not fear-based decisions. But surrendered ones. I’m so grateful our Father sees the beginning from the end, because He knows how to gently point out where we drifted and lead us back to the path He already prepared for us. 🙏🏽 My calendar is no longer filled to overflowing. My heart no longer feels that quiet panic of trying to meet everyone else’s expectations. And I can see now how knowledge and understanding bring wisdom — and wisdom creates clarity with intention. That’s when life stops feeling scattered and starts feeling like a clear track to run on. 🕊️
🙏 FAITH REQUIRES ACTION 💪
You can’t just believe for a better life… you have to BUILD it. Faith isn’t passive—it moves, it works, it shows up daily. I’m walking this out right now… not perfect, just committed. #FaithInAction #GetItDone #Mr3InOne #StayCommitted #BuildYourFuture

@Rudolph Outlaw Rudy, this is so true. 🙏🏽 Faith does require action — but I’m learning that walking by faith doesn’t always look “balanced” from day to day. 🚶🏽‍♀️ Some days faith looks like moving forward with what God already placed in our hands. 🙇🏽‍♀️ Some days it looks like being prostrate before Him because we need His help in a way only He can provide. ⏳ Some days faith has to add patience because His answer is, “Wait.” 🕊️ Other times faith has to add trust because His answer is, “No,” even when we don’t fully understand why. 🙌🏽 And then there are those beautiful moments when He says, “Yes,” and gives the increase — and all we can add is gratitude. So I agree with you: faith moves. 💪🏽 But sometimes it moves forward, sometimes it kneels, sometimes it waits, and sometimes it simply trusts. Life in Christ is not 50/50. It’s surrender, obedience, patience, trust, and gratitude — one day at a time. 🙏🏽💜

Part 1: You Are Not the Judge of the Harvest
When we lead people to Christ, or back to Christ, we have to remember something important: We are not the Judge. We are not the Savior. We are not the Holy Spirit. We are servants. That should keep us humble. Sometimes we want people to understand right away. We want them to see what we see, believe what we believe, and return quickly to the safety of God’s arms. But people are not projects. Some are lost sheep. Some are wounded sheep. Some walked away because someone mishandled them in God’s name. So we cannot come with pressure, pride, or a need to be right. Jesus is the Good Shepherd. We are simply willing servants in His field. This is not about proving ourselves spiritual. It is not about winning an argument. It is not about forcing a harvest before the soil is ready. It is about being available to the King of Kings. The next question is this: before people trust what we say about Jesus, can they see Him in the way we live? “By this all people will know that you are My disciples: if you have love for one another.”John 13:35 NASB 2020 Heart Check Sometimes the hardest part of serving God is remembering that people do not belong to us. Their pace, their process, their wounds, and their return are in His hands. Our part is to stay humble enough to point them toward the Shepherd without standing in His place. Question: Am I leading with love, or am I trying to control the outcome?

@Cynthia M. Cynthia, yes — that is exactly where my heart was sitting. 💜 ✅ “People are not projects” is the part I keep coming back to also. Every person carries a story we may not know, and some wounds only the Good Shepherd can fully see and tend. 🙏 We can love, serve, listen, and point gently — but we cannot force the timing of someone’s healing or return. 🌾 That takes the pressure off us and puts the glory back where it belongs: with God. We plant faithfully. He grows what is ready, when it is ready.

I create space for grandparents to breathe easier, build healthier days, and make meaningful new memories — especially those raising children. 🩷
