Somewhere along that road, low self-esteem led to people-pleasing and searching for acceptance in all the wrong places. 👉 Then life slowed me down. After hip replacement surgery, things became even more interesting. It felt as though I had been away on the backside of the mountain for so long that I nearly forgot I still mattered. 👉 Hustle culture had taught me to connect my value to how much I could do, produce, carry, and prove. ❌ That was a lie. 👉 Hard work is not the enemy.
