Inside Zone Keys

What should the hand placement be for DL be for Inside Zone, especially for away. If I’m 3tech and they zone away from me should I be getting my hands to the guards outside shoulder still or reaching the inside shoulder of the tackle? We were discussing this as a staff and it split the room. I think we want to get our hands to the outside shoulder of the guard to turn his hips.
