4i tips
- So my coach is not changing the front from a 4 to 3. And I will be mainly playing in a 4i
- I check out the stress where you talked about 4is but you we rub then where the 4i attacks the guard and not the tackle
- Any tips on pass rushing and bearing down block from tackle while in reading guard.
- Any other tips are appreciated as I’m new to playing in this alignment.
