HIRING: Cold Callers / Appointment Setters — UK Only
Nexa Systems UK is a new growing digital marketing & CRM agency.
We’re building a serious sales team and looking for confident, coachable people who are ready to make calls every day.
Role: Appointment Setter
Remote | Full-time availability | Commission only
Earning Potential:
£1,000–£2,500+ per month
25% commission on your first 5 closes
What you’ll be doing:
Calling provided leads
Minimum 100 dials per day
Booking qualified appointments for closers
Handling rejection and staying consistent
What we provide:
Leads, pipeline, and full system
Scripts and sales process
Training and support
Clear performance structure
Opportunity to grow with the team
Who we’re looking for:
UK-based only
Fluent English
Confident on the phone
Disciplined, reliable, and coachable
Sales/cold calling experience preferred but not essential
Experience with contractors/tradesmen is a strong advantage
No offer hoppers. We’re looking for serious people who want to grow with us long-term.
