Whey Protein
Being 60 - I have read recently that whey protein or protein in general becomes harder to absorb the older we are. Is this really the case?
And fermented whey protein is better as the molecule are twice as small making it much easier to absorb the older you are!?!? Am I reading sales gimmicks? Or is there some fact in there?
