Premier Protein
Hi all…
Does anyone know this brand or have tried it? Ready made shakes apparently
claims 30g of protein , 160 calories and 24 minerals per shake?
I have realised through Marks SpendWell app I need to increase protein somehow and this I have available at work currently.
The ingredient list is longer than my arm however but it’s all scientific names etc so I presume it’s the vitamins etc.
Any advise would be welcome.
