Took a mini break from posting in this chat hut I have been reading the posts.
Holidays and work snowed under, and hurt my knee. I started this back group in sept and did the 10 day cleanse, and now doing the best I can for eating and exercises.
Decided to pause the gym For a few weeks and turn my hand to the 10k daily steps (on average) and doing the dumb bell workout.
Feels good to be active in this space again.
I’ve gone back to batch cooking and moving the family over to some healthy options. Happy to share any receipes .
