Ladies and Gents, i need some advice.
today being day 6 and stuck to the 10 day cleanse lets eay 98% with the exception of some braai vleis on South Africas Heritage day.
I started noticing i am as hungry as a Rhino steroids and i stay hungry no matter what i eat and this is where in the past i would go for snacks qnd or Carbs.
Breakfast today was:
1 x Nectarine
1 x 5 egg Omlette with baby spinach, chopped tomato, onions and avo
1 x smoothie
but 5 mins after that i wamt to eat my car. after that ive had 4 nectarines again and 2L of water. i dont know if my body is in lipo suction fat chowing mode but golly gosh i stay hungry and all just these last two days?
Taking in note i did do quite a few large gym sessions this week
