First time in 3 years I have gone to a gym, albeit a small work one! It’s got exactly what I need for my strength training!
Day 4 today and down 3.5lbs already! Really enjoying the food, and feeling better mentally and physically (or starting too)!
Yesterday was hard, massive headache but managed it! Caffeine withdrawal stepping in a bit but creating new habits! Each day is a battle won!
