Ex rugby player, Life happened never turned professional. Became a commercial diver/Rigger and landed up in the office. Work away from home for long periods of time, naturally strong but never really liked running. Bicycle and i are good mates but then again you need quite a big bicycle for being 1.94cm and 146Kg.
That being said at that weight i can still do pullups, hand stand pushups etc. But the stubborn love handles and soft spots around the chest and torso follows me around where ever i go. Working away means my food majority of the time comes from Commercial canteens which makes the meal prep a little tougher, But i have full trust this 30 days will not only teach me what to look for but also equip me with a new outlook and appreciation for food and not to just focus on what fills the belly but rather how i fill it.
Currently at home on rotation( Family will even join me in the new adventure) so no better time to start to ensure i go back to work, with reduced weight and cms, and hopefully not have the brain fog.
