Guys, so I made it to ten days yesterday… to be honest I went in as with all major things in my life- I wanted change- and not really one symptoms of headaches etc( only over the weekend when I wanted to eat the car) so update is: brrrrrrrr ddddrrrrrr (that’s a drumroll🤣)
Weight down: touching on 5kgs down (4.8kg)
Handles: 1.5cm down.
Steps being on holiday I think I made maybe 30% of my steps ( being home such a short time I’m very selfish with my time with my family especially my wife )
Gym we went together probably 7days out of the ten so that covers it.
Oh, and during this 10 days I also managed to get my biggest bench of my life, and my squat climbed 15kgs for the first time in years.
just had my first coffee in 10 days.
Onwards and upwards to the next 20days.
Proof is in the pudding this is not a magical pill or injection, this is just change the way you as human operate.
