I’m a Senior Data Engineer (18 yrs exp), moved to the US 3 years ago. I was laid off in March and since then my job hunt has been tough—lots of applications, rejections, and processes stalling after final rounds. On top of that, I have visa challenges (H4 COS pending but still have 3 yrs left on H1B). With all this, I feel my confidence slipping. Do you think your coaching could help me get back on track? I would like to switch my career as a data engineer. I am on H1b visa valid till mar2028 with I-140 approved At present I moved to H4 with retain back my H1b once I receive the job I took a maternity leave for 2months and started to look for the jobs .
