Looking for Support: Senior Data Engineer Navigating Job Hunt & Visa Hurdles

I recently came across your work and joined this community—it’s inspiring to see how you’re helping women with confidence and careers.

I’m a Senior Data Engineer (18 yrs exp), moved to the US 3 years ago. I was laid off in March and since then my job hunt has been tough—lots of applications, rejections, and processes stalling after final rounds. On top of that, I have visa challenges (H4 COS pending but still have 3 yrs left on H1B).
