INTRO COURSE
⚠️THE INTRO COURSE IS NOW LIVE To lay the foundation for conversation, we must first have a solid understanding of the knowledge behind this area of conversation. I understand that for me to explain the dopamine system to everyone that joins individually would just not be effective. Especially in a format that requires me to leave out some things and be rather personalized to that person's situation. So, in order to counter act this, I have created a course that will go into detail about how These systems work, as well as how we can avoid these traps. This should help you guys out as far as creating new systems to battle dopamine loops. And understand healthy vs destructive habits.

That break i talked about...
Hey guys, Chris here. I wanted to update everyone on where i was today as it had been pretty quiet in the group for the day. I apologize for not posting much at all today, however, today was my scheduled Break/Rest Day. I was in and out of law offices, interviews, recording some content to drive traffic while balancing 2 exams this week. Honestly the wear and tear hadn't even occurred to me till all the way later in the week where I was reaching my limit. I had previously mentioned that rests are EXTREMELY IMPORTANT, and this is the very reason. If I hadn't taken today to just be present, be mindful, have a long chat with my family and be around. I would probably regret later in the week not taking that chance. Because when you're burnt out there really is only 2 things to do, Recharge properly. Or consume until you're sick of consuming, then go eat, and consume more. All in all I feel so charged up and ready to see where things go this week as my schedule is getting cleared up, so I have more time to create some epic things for this group!!! Thanks for all your understanding, DM or comment if there are any questions you guys have about anything!! I'll be available for another hour until I take my sleep for the night!
