What's your ONE thing?
Most founders don’t have a knowledge problem. They have a follow-through problem. So let’s make this simple: 👉 What is the ONE thing you know would actually move your business forward today? Comment it below. Then go do it. I’ll check back in later 👀
Evening ADHD Productivity Lesson
Thursday evening, 8:30 p.m. I made dinner for my partner, who was streaming on Twitch, so his last meal of the day naturally happens later. No problem. So at half past eight, I sat down at my computer with a very innocent plan: I’ll just finish a few things, play one level of Deathloop, and then go read. An hour later, I hadn’t even launched the game. Instead, I ended up building a Gemini Gem to help me plan posts for my own Skool community, which happens to be in a language nobody here probably understands, sorry 😎 At this point, my brain feels slightly overcooked, so reading is probably not happening tonight either, even though I bought myself yet another new book today 😅 But somewhere in the background, I can feel a kind of determination I haven’t felt in weeks. And for that, I have @Bill Widmer and our call yesterday to thank. ✨ Do your “quick tasks” also have a habit of mutating into full projects?

How many of you create content on social media?
I do...🙌 But the real question is: how many of you are able to keep up with it? Are you consistent with: - Posting daily (or 2-3x/week) - Remembering trends - Extracting audios that go viral Hooks, pitches, flow, editing, font, and the list goes on.... It's really hard to keep up with everything, all at once, without assistance. ADHD becomes a cherry on top in this stack... I automated my social media accounts completely. The system fetches viral content and creates videos for my channel by itself. Just wanted to know how you guys are keeping up. What platform has been working for you lately?🙌

From Idea to Execution: What’s Your Biggest Block Right Now?
Hey founders, when you sit down to work on your ideas, what’s the one thing that usually stops you from taking the next step? Is it strategy, tech, marketing, or just too many directions pulling you at once? I’ve been juggling multiple projects myself, and I notice the mental friction slows everything down. Sometimes just hearing how others tackle these blocks sparks the clarity you didn’t realize you needed. Would love to hear what’s holding you back today, let’s break it down together.

Nicotine and Nail Biting
I decided to give up my nicotine pouches and nailbiting for 2 weeks after learning they are a "level 1" dopomine hit, and i need to rid myself of them in order to reset my dopamine baseline (social media, other impulsive behaviors are level one....level 3s are training for something, executing an output for you business, etc). I was able to stop nail biting a while back through this method I wrote down. So in summary, I am literally wearing my bottom retainer every where I go and wearing "finger condoms" when I take it out to eat. Instead of judging myself for how "bad" the habit is, I am just dropping the story "I can't, its too hard" and put up PHYSICAL blocks. Try it out! Posting in wins because its 4 pm and last time I bit my nails was yesterday AND I through my nicotine pouches in the trash. I may look ridiculous for 2-3 weeks wearing finger condoms, but then I won't bite my nails anymore AND will continue to reset my dopamine baseline. Join me!
