Today for me was all about self-care baybeee
Something I keep noticing is that self-care teaches me self-trust.
When I consistently feed my body, move it, stretch it, rest it, let it be still and really just listen to what it’s asking for, a subtle “I’ve got you” message lands in my nervous system.
The interesting part is that self-care often looks small or insignificant in the moment. A stretch. A good meal. A quiet breath. A workout. Some sunlight. Nothing crazy dramatic.
Yet these tiny rituals stack on top of each other building a temple of stability.
The lesson that keeps landing for me is this:
When I care for myself, life just flows a lot easier.
