It's Friday. How'd your week go?
One of the most useful habits I've found as an entrepreneur is the weekly review.
Each week, I look back on what I did, and I ask three questions:
  1. What had the biggest impact or ROI this week?
  2. What did I NOT need to do? What felt like a misuse of my time, money or energy?
  3. What are your top three priorities for next week?
For me this week, my highest ROI tasks were direct outreach talking about The Momentum Lab that's launching next week, as well as fulfilling SEO content for a client and taking a few 1:1 calls with amazing people like who joined the momentum team.
Also loved chatting with , , and this week!
What did I not need to do? Spend so much time refining various offers. I was originally going to launch with a two-tier system at multiple price points, but I realized that made things a little too complicated.
My top three priorities next week?
  1. Going all-in with the first group of founders inside The Momentum Lab
  2. Continuing to deliver SEO content for my clients
  3. Watching more course content inside AI Automations with Jack and building my first one
