I Had a Realization About my Business

I realized my business is structured in a way that feels like I trapped myself in a gold cage.

On one end revenue is good, on the other, I am the one holding all the operations and without me, the business won't function. I have a few employees but I am the one that has to drive all of it - I need to give the tasks and take care of all the moving parts.

I want to create more freedom for myself, I want to stop exchanging time for money, I want to create a system that works without me having to pour into it all the time.
