🧠FOUNDERS… DOES THIS HAPPEN TO YOU TOO?
This happened to me once, and it made me pause:
Monday: I pick 2–3 priorities.
Friday: I somehow did a hundred things… and those 2–3 priorities barely moved.
Not because anyone messed up.
Just meetings, Slack, “quick asks,” and little fires eating the week.
Is this what your week looks like, too?
There are a lot of ways people try to fix this:
• better habits
• stricter calendars
• clearer planning systems
• reducing meetings
What helped me most was something simpler.
I looked at the repetitive tasks that kept breaking my attention during the day and automated them completely.
Once those small interruptions disappeared, it became a lot easier to actually move the priorities forward.
Curious how others here deal with this, too. What’s been working for you?
