Day 21 Challenge: 🪬 You are the Guru
Business is hard. It just is. It's why most businesses fail.
Everyone wants a silver bullet. Some 'hack', 'cheat code' or a Guru / mentor that will show them the light.
We consume endless content online to get clarity. Spend way to long seeking validation from people that don't even matter.
🛑 STOP
Go and look in the mirror. Be comfortable with the person looking back at you.
Because that person is the one that is going to move you forward. That is your Guru.
Stop looking externally for validation. Your confidence and knowledge will grow quickly once you take action. We all start somewhere.
Back yourself, cut out excuses and execute on what you know you need to do.
Take responsibility, frame the problems as opportunities to improve and make a better product / service. A better you.
Be very careful what and who you say 'yes' to, it can slow you down and drain your energy.
Let some fires burn, stuff will break as you grow. Growth is rarely a straight line, more like two steps forward one back. So keep punching, stepping forward.
It's incredibly freeing once your realise that it's all within your control.
