I only had the energy to do one thing: ⏰That night I went to bed early, set the alarm for 5am, and ignored my phone until I went to work at 730. I used that 2 hours to open a skool page, a facebook page, format some things, and get the ball rolling for the next task. Talk about a natural dopamine high! 🎉 The rest of the day, I felt clear, confident, and constantly looking for opportunities. Here’s the simple fix: ✅ Choose one revenue-driving task either the night before, or first thing as you begin work. ✅ Do it first thing in the morning, before email or scrolling. I mean it. No. Scrolling. ✅ Protect that work time like your future depends on it–because it does! 🎁Bonus tip: Find a reward system for sticking to this!
