Finding Your Focus
โšก Founder Flow Habit: Single-Priority Morning
I looked up one day and realized I had spent 6 hours on social media.
Six. Hours. ๐Ÿ˜ตโ€๐Ÿ’ซ
Wasting nearly half my day off on the most useless shit known to mankind woke me up.ย I felt so depleted from all the fake dopamine and mental stress. I only had the energy to do one thing:
โฐThat night I went to bed early, set the alarm for 5am, and ignored my phone until I went to work at 730. I used that 2 hours to open a skool page, a facebook page, format some things, and get the ball rolling for the next task. Talk about a natural dopamine high! ๐ŸŽ‰
The rest of the day, I felt clear, confident, and constantly looking for opportunities.
Hereโ€™s the simple fix:
โœ… Choose one revenue-driving task either the night before, or first thing as you begin work.
โœ… Do it first thing in the morning, before email or scrolling.
I mean it.
No. Scrolling.
โœ… Protect that work time like your future depends on itโ€“because it does!
๐ŸŽBonus tip: Find a reward system for sticking to this!
For me, I allow myself my favorite caffeinated drink (but only if I'm working on my future.)
๐Ÿ‘‡๐ŸปWhat helps you ignore everything and truly focus? ๐Ÿค”
