I looked up one day and realized I had spent 6 hours on social media.
Six. Hours. ๐ตโ๐ซ
Wasting nearly half my day off on the most useless shit known to mankind woke me up.ย I felt so depleted from all the fake dopamine and mental stress. I only had the energy to do one thing:
โฐThat night I went to bed early, set the alarm for 5am, and ignored my phone until I went to work at 730. I used that 2 hours to open a skool page, a facebook page, format some things, and get the ball rolling for the next task. Talk about a natural dopamine high! ๐
The rest of the day, I felt clear, confident, and constantly looking for opportunities.
Hereโs the simple fix:

Choose one revenue-driving task either the night before, or first thing as you begin work.

Do it first thing in the morning, before email or scrolling.
