It starts with your eyes.
Where you look naturally influences how your body aligns. As your eyes move, your shoulders, upper body, and seat begin to organize themselves to support that direction.
Your horse feels those changes long before you consciously think about using another aid.
That's why we teach riders to look where they want to go first.
