Cheap, Compact Treadmill
My wife bought this little treadmill online a year or 2 ago and it’s honestly been a game changer. When weather is unideal, and especially now that we have a kid, being able to hop on this thing has made hitting my steps so much easier every day. I even put the baby in a harness so I can parent and still hit my goals💪🏽
Definitely not required to get fit or hit your step count but I’m a huge fan of trying to make it as EASY as possible to stay on track with your goals and this falls into that category for sure.
It was a ~$200-300 so pretty cheap compared to the standard treadmill and gets the job done. Maybe throw this on your Christmas List?😎
