So i do have a question if anyone can help. I had a total knee replacement this past January and have been cleared to ride. The joint itself is fine but I'm struggling a bit with the quadriceps recovery. Specifically the Vastus Medialis and Vastus Lateralis or the 2 muscles on the inner portion of the thigh from the knee all the way up to where they attach to the glutes. I haven't been able to find a stretch or anything that gives relief to the tightness. I've done loads of quad sets but no real progress.
