This weeks video focuses on how to eat for your endo. There are so many misconceptions out there that eating an anti inflammatory diet has to be complicated, expensive or time consuming and I am here to tell you that it does not.

ADD 1 anti-inflammatory whole food to each meal today and work your way up to the entire meal being comprised of anti-inflammatory Whole Foods ๐Ÿฅ‘
