There is no rush and no pressure. Just get comfortable and know that this space is yours.Our very first Monday education post goes live this Monday!!! We are starting exactly where every single thing inside this community is built on — understanding inflammation. What it actually is, why endometriosis is rooted in it, and why addressing it changes everything. Once this clicks into place everything else we do together will make so much more sense.

The Pre-Monday Challenge
Before our very first education post on Monday I want you to spend the next few days just noticing,
no changes, no cutting anything out, no starting anything new. Just for the next five days write down, even in your notes app, what you ate, how much you slept, how stressed you felt, and where you felt inflammation most in your body. Pain, bloating, fatigue, brain fog, name it and note it.That is it.
Here is the thing, you cannot change what you cannot see, and the awareness you build this week becomes the foundation that everything we do together is built on.
