Working with Realtors

Hello Everyone, I hope everyone is having a good weekend so far.

I am looking for any advice about dealing w/ realtors to find good wholesale deals. I am in the Jacksonville, FL market and am meeting w/ a realtor and her team on Tuesday. I want to try to get the right information across for wholesale deals. Has anyone had success in dealing w/ realtors? What info did you give your realtor(s), outside of buy box, that allowed them to be successful w/ putting good deals in front of you?
