Stop losing deals because of slow follow-up 🚨

Hi all— I’ve been struggling with slow response to new inquiries and I know a lot of people here have been too.I spent some time fixing it last week, and here’s how I solved it (for less than $10/m):

Do an instant SMS: “Hey {{name}}, saw your inquiry about {{property}} — when’s a good time to chat?”
Connect Gmail → WhatsApp to auto-send it within 5 seconds of a new lead.
If no reply in 10 min, follow up with one relevant comp (not 10).

Most agents don’t lose deals because their leads are bad—they lose them because they reply too late.This 3-step setup doubled my booked calls in a week.If anyone wants the setup steps or my exact template, happy to share here.
