Keeping Property Leads Organized (Finally)

I used to have seller details scattered everywhere—texts, emails, random notes. Half the time I’d forget who said what, and deals slipped through the cracks.

Last week I put together a really simple system (under $10/month) that fixed it:

Every new lead goes straight into one sheet automatically (name, number, notes).
It tags them “hot,” “warm,” or “cold” based on my quick notes.
At the end of the day, I get one clean summary so I know exactly who to call tomorrow.
