Working 1st deal
Seller is wanting to sell his mom's home. He does not have a number, but the property needs a bit of work from the picture that I see. Comps are about 165k. I'm thinking of offering 105 with a 10k wholesaling fee.
Any buyers in Houston looking for a deal :)
