NEW BUYER
Hello everyone hope all is well I have a guy who is boots on the ground up in Dayton Ohio who actually does remodeling work for home builders he told me if I have deals in the following zip codes send them his way as they can close in 10 days or less the zip codes are as followed : 45417, 45324 , 45431, 45406, 45414 , 45402 , 45458, 45405, 45410, 45419, & 45309!!!
These are all zip codes his buyers are buying in he said a rule of thumb is offer sellers 60% of zestimates on Zillow 2+ bed( really 3 bed or more) 1+ bath preferred 1000 SQFT minimum he has about 10 active hungry buyers that’s looking for deals let’s work !!!
