I was feeling really down yesterday because I was not able to workout or have a life because of work.
I had been practicing going to bed early this week , following the tips and tricks from Adam's sleep video. So finally today I was able to wake up earlier and go to the gym before work.
I have to say working out made me feel so much better physically and emotionally. Today I can take on all the challenges at work without breaking a sweat!
P.S. it was my Cat's (Mr. Black Bean) birthday yesterday!
