Physically and Emotionally stronger
I was feeling really down yesterday because I was not able to workout or have a life because of work. I had been practicing going to bed early this week , following the tips and tricks from Adam's sleep video. So finally today I was able to wake up earlier and go to the gym before work. I have to say working out made me feel so much better physically and emotionally. Today I can take on all the challenges at work without breaking a sweat! Thanks for the tips @Adam Gould ! P.S. it was my Cat's (Mr. Black Bean) birthday yesterday!

Getting back on track
Holidays was busy busy, but still managed to lose some weight during. Pumped to record calories, going back to the gym again and keeping my step count high.
