Huh. My brain works better.
So I’m away for the weekend with family and thought I’d try out the hotel gym just to get my steps in. It’s pretty cool. But the thing I’ve really noticed in trying to get back in a routine is that my brain misses my extra steps. I’m only doing the treadmill at a fast walk, so it’s not like I’m interval running like the other people there. But I don’t care. My brain needs the physical exercise. It’s mush without it. I can think much clearer and faster.
I don’t like exercising so not sure whether to thank you for this discovery (cause now I have to keep it up) or not. 😂.
