Huh. My brain works better.
So I’m away for the weekend with family and thought I’d try out the hotel gym just to get my steps in. It’s pretty cool. But the thing I’ve really noticed in trying to get back in a routine is that my brain misses my extra steps. I’m only doing the treadmill at a fast walk, so it’s not like I’m interval running like the other people there. But I don’t care. My brain needs the physical exercise. It’s mush without it. I can think much clearer and faster. I don’t like exercising so not sure whether to thank you for this discovery (cause now I have to keep it up) or not. 😂.
Meet some goals
I am so excited to report that I am down to 148 pounds but most excited because clothes that I could not get into even last week I am now able to wear. And I have been able to stop taking and symptom relief pills for my MS because I am taking 10000 IU of Vitamin D3, including with it 200 mcg of K2,it has been life altering I take the 10000 IU,s for 5 days and on the weekend I am taking 5000 iu’s of vitamin D then start over again. 5 am workout
Decided to try 5 am workout this morning. What I learned is I like this plan. Not only does it get the workout done early it made me feel like I got my week off on the right foot.
