7 Day Challenge Reflection
My name is Kory from Denver, Colorado. I did this challenge to work on my balance and mobility. I teach a strength and cardio fitness class at my gym. My muscles are growing but I am lacking the energy and flow through my body. Doing this challenge has helped me create a routine that works on my balance. By doing this, it has made my workouts (and teaching my fitness classes) the most efficient and effective that they have ever been.
I encourage those who want to get a kick start in their workout routines and fitness journey to be apart of this challenge. Many times we go to the gym and are going hard to beat ourselves up for mistakes we have made. These mistakes could be not eating as healthy as we could, or not being as mobile as we can. This challenge helps you with creating the most effective and efficient use of your time in the gym and with your workouts.
